One day after ValCom, Inc. announced that it has appointed Mr. Frank Dileo, Michael Jackson’s former manager and entertainment industry veteran, the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer they have added the title of Co-Chairman. Mr. Dileo joins Mr. Vince Vellardita as Co-Chairmen of the Board. “After speaking with Mr. Dileo we have agreed that his participation in the company should encompass the position of Co-Chairman,” stated Mr. Vellardita, former President and CEO of ValCom. “It is my pleasure to serve with him in this capacity.”
Mr. Dileo said, “I appreciate Mr. Vellardita’s vote of confidence and plan to assist him in building a team that will enhance shareholder value.”
