Stars paid tribute to Michael Jackson with Dancing With the Stars, or DWTS as it’s affectionately known; 16 Season 9 professional dancers performing a tribute to the incomparable Michael Jackson. The dancers honored Michael Jackson’s music and influence with a fusion of classic ballroom and Latin styles. Choreographed by the dancers, the performance paid tribute in a medley of three of Michael Jackson’s hit songs representing different styles and eras of his work. Contributing to this special dance performance were: Mark Ballas, Cheryl Burke, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Anna Demidova, Tony Dovolani, Chelsie Hightower, Derek Hough, Kym Johnson, Alec Mazo, Jonathan Roberts, Lacey Schwimmer, Edyta Sliwinska, Karina Smirnoff, Anna Trebunskaya and Louis Van Amstel. Not only did they do a fabulous job, but it was one more occasion to get people ready for the “Michael Jacksons This Is It” movie debuting on October 28th.
