Michael’s Bed Removed From Julien’s Auction

Michael Jackson’s death bed has been removed from an upcoming auction at the request of the pop star’s estate administrators.

In a statement on Tuesday, auction house boss Darren Julien clarified the actual mattress was never up for sale and now the bed’s headboard won’t go under the hammer either.

He explained, “No part of the bed remains for sale… Michael Jackson has played a major part in the history of Julien’s Auctions and we would never do anything that is not in the best interests of Michael’s children, his mother or the Estate. We will always honor these requests.”
