A new company is now legally obtaining the right to use MJ’s images for their own purposes and at the same time can sue other companies if they use the images illegally.
Bravado International Group has acquired the right to use all MJ stuff and is suing T-Line Design, Inc. based in Oregon.
TMZ has been able to obtain the legal suit and it has been reported that T-Line is not at all ready to apologise.Rather it is standing by its decision to use MJ’s images and has also participated in a blog in which the lines “…it SUCKS TOTAL BOLLOCKS when people steal those creations are written.
According to the legal suit, a company can be sued for $750 for each image illegally used and $150,000 for statutory damages.
It has been reported that Bravado International Group has taken steps to file two other infringement suits today against two other companies for using MJ stuff illegally.
