Wednesday morning, dozens of Disney cast members and special guests were invited for a sneak peek of Captain E.O. before it officially opens on Friday. Guests will experience the original the 17-minute film that stars Jackson in a rare performance during the height of his solo career.
“With our guest feedback, we’re getting letters and people are asking us about Captain E.O and are you gonna bring that back and we decided to do it,” said Dan Cockerell, Epcot Vice President Captain E.O. first debuted at Epcot in 1986, and ran for six years. The attraction officially opens to Disney guests on July 2nd.
